Concrete Quality, Mix Design & Structural Testing
Ready-mix concrete is a time-sensitive, perishable construction material subject to strict chemical hydration and mechanical tolerances. RMCPlants.com does not manufacture, inspect, test, batch, or warrant any concrete products.
Site Due Diligence & Mix Design Approval
Contractors, structural consultants, project management consultants (PMC), and site engineers bear sole professional responsibility for approving concrete mix designs, checking batch printouts (computerized batch sheets), verifying water-cement ratios, supervising slump cone tests at the time of discharge, and collecting cube samples for standard 7-day and 28-day compressive strength testing in accordance with IS 456:2000, IS 4926:2003, and IS 516.
Independent Laboratory Certificate Validation
Any certification or test claim displayed on a plant profile must be independently validated against physical certificates issued by accredited testing bodies (such as NABL-accredited laboratories, QCI, or BIS).
Intermediary Status (Section 79, IT Act 2000)
RMCPlants.com functions strictly as an electronic marketplace intermediary under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and claims safe harbor protections under Section 79 of the Act and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
RMCPlants.com does not:
- Initiate the transmission of user communications between buyers and plant dispatchers.
- Select the receiver of the transmission.
- Modify the information contained in the transmission or commercial quotation.
- Act as a concrete broker or charge any percentage brokerage on poured concrete volumes.
